Ready Set Launch, a service of Purple Nana, LLC DBA Ready Set Go Market ("Service Provider"), provides the following upon receipt of full payment and a completed intake form:

• LLC Formation — filed with the Client's designated state
• EIN Application — submitted to the IRS on the Client's behalf
• Domain Name Registration — Client's preferred domain secured
• Professional Business Email — set up using the Client's registered domain
• Operating Agreement — single-member LLC template, customized with Client's details
• Business Bank Account Checklist — reference document for opening a business bank account
• Business Birth Certificate — branded summary of all formation details and account information
• Complimentary Business Insurance Review — provided at no charge by a licensed multi-state insurance agent

The Client agrees to pay a one-time flat fee of $297.00 USD prior to commencement of work. Payment is accepted at readysetgomarket.com.

• Full refund available if requested before work commences — typically within 24 hours of intake form submission and payment.
• No refunds once work has started. Work is considered started upon the Service Provider beginning any filing, registration, or account creation on the Client's behalf.
• State filing fees are non-refundable regardless of timing, as they are paid directly to state agencies.
• Errors made by the Service Provider will be corrected at no additional charge.

All completed documents will be delivered within three (3) business days of receiving full payment and a completed intake form. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Turnaround time may be extended due to incomplete intake form information, state processing delays, IRS processing delays, or Client unresponsiveness to follow-up communications.

The Client agrees to:

• Complete the intake form accurately and in full before work begins
• Provide a valid government-issued name, address, and contact information
• Pay all state LLC filing fees directly to the applicable state — these are not included in the $297 service fee
• Report any errors or discrepancies within five (5) business days of receiving deliverables
• Acknowledge that their registered agent address will appear in public state business records

The Service Provider is not a law firm or accounting firm. Nothing in this Agreement or in any deliverable constitutes legal or tax advice. The Client is encouraged to consult a licensed attorney or accountant for legal or tax questions related to their business.

The Business Insurance Review is a general educational overview provided by a licensed insurance agent and does not constitute a binding insurance policy or coverage guarantee. No insurance fee is charged for this review.

All Client information — including personal details, business details, Social Security Number or ITIN (used solely for EIN application purposes), and login credentials — will be kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third party except as required to perform the services described in this Agreement or as required by law.

The Client's Social Security Number or ITIN is collected verbally by phone for EIN application purposes only and is not stored in writing following issuance of the EIN.

All templates, documents, and branded materials delivered as part of Ready Set Launch are licensed for the Client's personal business use only. The Client may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or represent these materials as their own original work.

The Service Provider's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed $297.00 USD — the amount paid by the Client for the service.

The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays and rejections caused by state agencies, the IRS, or any other federal, state, or local government entity.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution within ten (10) business days of written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree to non-binding mediation in Polk County, Florida, or via a mutually agreed remote platform. Mediation costs will be shared equally between the parties.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any unresolved legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Polk County, Florida.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

Modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and acknowledged by both parties to be effective.
